I mean, everyone love some spicy chicken wings! And we found the perfect sauce, and your wings are ready in 20 mins!
Ingredients:
Organic chicken wings - we bought ours from Whole Food
3 Sweet Potatoes
Oil
Flour
Salt
Handful of mixed herb
Method:
In a bowl add the wings, Hot sauce, salt and mixed herb
Put it back in the fridge for about an hour
Turn on the oven at 200' Fan
Slice the sweet potatoes, around 5mm; put them in a baking tray, sprinkle with some oil, salt, mixed herb and flour. In the oven for about 20 - 25 mins.
Take the chicken out of the fridge, place it in another baking tray, add few more spoons of sauce and let it cook for about 15 mins.
When the potatoes and the wings are crispy enough, you are ready to go on fiiiire! 🔥🔥🔥
