This is what you would have in my home town, Viareggio.


There are two ways to do it.. sweet or salty, but the main one of course is sweet ❤







This is actually my grandmother's recipe, you can't get it wrong!


400 gr courgettes

100 gr flour

100 gr sugar

half glass of milk

50 gr melted butter

2 eggs


- Mix flour, sugar and eggs together (A)

- Mix milk and melted butter (B)

- Add mix B in mix A, and add the courgettes that have been previously sliced.

- Put everything in a medium baking tray, in the oven for 1 hour at 180'


Done! It's super easy, quick and it smells amazing! Enjoy ❤
