Do I need to add anything else? I think this plate includes every single one of my fav food!

Ingredients for 2 people:
180 gr pasta - I would suggest penne rigate or fusilli
Grated Pistachios - I grated 10/15 pistachios
Salt
80gr Philadelphia
Smoked Salmon
Instructions
When the water boils add some salt, add the pasta and let it cook "al dente" - so not completely cooked!
In the meantime, in a saucepan add some Philadelphia alongside the smoked salmon, cut into bit-size pieces and let it cook for 4 - 5 mins on a low heat.
When thee sauce is ready, drain the pasta and transfer it in the saucepan. Let it cook and stir for 1 - 2 mins!
Put the pasta on the plates, and add a sprinkle of pistachios! And ready for you!!
