You can do this as a vegan version, just swap the yogurt with a vegan one!
For 4 pots:
2 mango, peeled
1 lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
Roughly 300gr Granola
Roughly 400gr Yogurt of your choice!
Method:
Chop the mango, and put 3/4 in a blender, add the lime juice and the maple syrup and blend till it's a purée.
Finely chopped the other mango
Take 4 small glasses or jars or whatever you fancy.
Put a layer of granola at the bottom, add some yogurt and then some mango purée. Now repeat, granola, yogurt, mango purée and on top sprinkle with few granola bits and the chopped mango.
