Ingredients:
200gr Gnocchi
3 courgettes finely chopped
1 pack of pancetta
150 gr ricotta
Salt
oil
Method:
Slice the courgettes, and then cut the circle in 4
In a pan, add some oil, and the courgettes and let it cook at low heat for about 15 minutes.
In another pan let the pancetta cook
Once the pancetta is crispy, pour it into the courgettes mix.
Take the ricotta and with a blender make it creamy.
In the meantime take the water to boil, add the salt, and then add the gnocchi. It will take more or less 4 minutes, as soon as they float they are ready.
Add them into the courgette and pancetta mix. Simmer for couple of minutes with low heat.

Take a plate: add the creamy ricotta at the bottom, then the gnocchi.
Ready for you. It's delicious trust me!
