Who doesn't love a chocolate fondant? Especially in winter with the hot and melted chocolate inside? Now I want another one!
Ingredients (for 4):
100 gr dark chocolate
100 gr butter
2 eggs
80 gr sugar
40 gr plain flour
water
Method
Melt the chocolate with the butter and a tiny bit of water
Brush butter in the mould of your choice. Add a bit of flour as well.
Let the melted chocolate cool down for couple of minutes.
Add eggs, sugar and flour and whisk it all together.
Put the mixture into the moulds - but be careful to only fill them till half!
Bake for 8-9 mins at 220’ Fan.
Et voila! You can add ice cream on top if you want!
You can freeze them as well, just remember to take them out of the freezer 15 - 20 mins before you cook them!
