Hello people!
Today I want to share with you a simple but amazing dish.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- Spaghetti 180 gr
- 1 Egg + 1 yolk
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Guanciale 80 gr
- Pecorino cheese - 20 gr
- Chop the guanciale, and fry it in a pan.
- Beat the egg + 1 yolk, and add a bit of black pepper and half of the pecorino.
- Meanwhile put a large saucepan of water on to boil. When it boils, add salt and spaghetti.
- Your pasta will b ready in about 7 - 11 minutes - depending on the type of spaghetti.
- When ready, lift it from the water with a pasta fork and put it in the frying pan where the guanciale is there waiting :)
- If you think you need a bit more water because to dry, just add a bit of pasta water from the saucepan!
- Mix guanciale and pasta for 1 minute, and then add the mixture of cheese and egg that you previously prepared!
- Serve immediately with the remaining cheese on top and a bit more black pepper.
Ready for you! It will go in literally one second, too good!
