Who doesn't like banana bread? And it's the easiest thing to make!

Ingredients:
100 gr butter softened
175 gr caster sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
225 gr self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
walnuts
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 Fan;
Lightly grease a 900g loaf tin - I used a 30 cm loaf pan - add baking parchment all around;
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat for around 2 minutes;
Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin;
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until well risen and golden brown;
Leave to cool in the tin for a few minutes, after that turn out, peel off the parchment and finish cooling on a wire rack.
